Jim Wade is The Carpenter's Apprentice ~
Born in Dallas,
Texas in 1947, he now resides in Huntsville, Texas with his Proverbs 31 wife Sharon.
The Wades were married in
1969. Jim received an
Associate degree in Bible at Christian College of the Southwest in 1969 and a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/Sociology from Harding College in
1971. He is presently researching and working on several books, including
a book for teenage boys based on his life experiences in southeast Dallas.
Laura, their only child, was born in 1971. She married Read King
in 1992. On December 2, 1999, Read and Laura welcomed the birth of Geren
Read King and the Wades graduated to the exalted state of grandparents.
On March 26, 2002, Joshua Wade King
was born into our family. Jim is developing a website for grandfathers
to share their ideas for helping to instill Christian values in their
grandchildren.
Jim is among the pastors affiliated with Disciple
Heritage Fellowship in Lovington, Illinois. Jim is also a Regional Chairman of The
Constitution Party of Texas which seeks to return America to her biblical
and Constitutional foundations.

conformed to the image of Christ.
That is a transformation which impacts every aspect of
life. Although this page deals with biblical themes, it will also be
expanded to address
those themes in practical terms as we seek to apply biblical principles in our
time and culture.
